Exchanges & Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our 30-day policy on Exchanges and Returns.

The following eligibility terms are applicable to any products that you purchased from us.

  • The products shall be in new-like condition, able to be resold, and should not be harmed in any way.
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Invoice and Receipt are intact.
  • The product tags are not dismembered or ripped off.
  • Items purchased were not on-sale. (for refunds only)

Size Exchange Conditions

You are entitled to exchange your order within 30 days. In order to exercise your right of exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To exchange your outfits, kindly contact our support team to get a return form!

Upon arrival of your return, we will verify your parcel according to our exchange policy, and:

  • If OK:

 We will dispatch your new parcel with size exchange.

  • If NOT OK:

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange facility and ship to the customer at the standard shipping charge as stated on the website, i.e., Rs 199.

 

Refund / Return

If your Parcel crosses our verification check upon arrival and the refund eligibility criteria, if the customer intends a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Please Note:

  • Items purchased on sale or with any discount at the time of purchase can not be returned or refunded in any case, instead they can be exchanged with the same value item.
  • Formal stitched orders are not applicable for refund/exchange once the stitching process has begun.

Fiona reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
